Management Setup
Setting up the Client and adding Users/Members
- Using the Contact Us form email the Client Name and Address
- Also email the Client Administrator Name and Email
- Login as the Client Administrator and add Members
- The Adminstrator and Members can now start using the program

Selecting Flashings
Add a Job, Select a Flashing and Email to the Supplier
- Start a New Job
- Select a Flashing and enter dimensions
- Review Flashing Selection
- Email Flashing to Supplier

Import a Flashing Drawing
Exact Flashing allows the user to import their own drawing. This could be a professionally drawn flashing or a hand sketch done on site on a piece of paper or piece of timber. Exact Flashing supplies as standard over 100 flashing drawings, but this option allows the user to add their own flashings which is especially useful for that one-off non-standard flashing that is required for a particular job.
- The user would typically sketch a drawing on a piece of paper or off-cut of timber
- The user clicks on "Flashing Selections->Get Flashings" as usual and at the bottom clicks on a button "Upload My Image"
- In the form that appears the user clicks on a button "Choose File"
- On a mobile the user will be given an option to take a photo after which the photo will be automatically uploaded.
